Had a good time here, the rooms were small but perfect for a short stay and they had everything you need. the staff really knew their stuff and gave us some great tips to make the most of our time 😊.

Easy location not very far from The Scene. Walk from a cathedral and a museum while being in the excellent area. Airy and tidy room with a huge bathroom and an electric kettle, central heating and television. Very modern interior design.

We had a really good stay on both nights. the guest house is in a comfortable position close to the historic city center. - It is located in a good, quiet area. - the guest house is very close to a popular tourist street.

The location of this place is excellent, close to Bailgate Methodist Church and within a 10-minute walk to the bus station, with rooms featuring large walk-in showers and wardrobes.

The fact that breakfast was included was a nice touch. the staff here were really friendly and efficient, which I loved. the best thing was that this place is right in the heart of all the action and super close to Water Tower. I could easily walk to the bus stop in just 5 minutes 🚌.

Top quality and tastefully decorated room with working AC. Convenient and really handy location near the main sights, town centre, and a wide selection of restaurants. Brayford Centre, castle, cathedral, interesting shops, and pubs are all nearby.

Our room was exceptional for the children with a lovely modern bathroom. the staff were wonderful. - the hotel was so close to the key attractions, Lincoln Cathedral, the Roman/William the Conqueror fortress, and Castle. - the location was marvelous and awesome, with more interesting shops nearby.

I can recommend Newport Guest House for a holiday stay. the room was incredibly comfortable and had a really good powerful hot shower. the staff were lovely and wonderful. the location is brilliant, close to bars, pubs, key attractions, and restaurants. I felt safe there. the hotel is within walking distance from Exchequergate.

The room for the children was a nice size and reasonably priced with a lovely modern bathroom. the guest house is located in an easy spot, just a minute's walk from a popular tourist street. It's also conveniently situated within walking distance of a cathedral and a museum.

The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of food and hot drinks, and the staff was very accommodating; we would definitely come back.

The location of the guest house is perfect for sightseeing in the town, with the cathedral and castle just a 10-minute walk away. the rooms are beautifully decorated and extremely clean, with comfortable beds and well-equipped bathrooms. the staff is friendly and the breakfast is delicious, with a variety of options to choose from.

There was some noise from the road outside, but it didn't really bother us and may not be a problem if you request a room away from the front of the property.
